1. Who is responsible and what this notice covers

Electron Solutions LLC controls the personal information described here. This notice covers the Yearwright promotional site, Founder pre-purchase, account, support, and optional development updates.

2. Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use the site. It may include your email address; internal user and checkout IDs; selected U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility confirmations; accepted policy versions; and purchase details such as amount, currency, status, and time.

We may also retain limited Square order, payment, customer, and refund references; security records for sessions and sign-in links; support messages; email choices; approximate country and security signals derived from an IP address; device and request details; and information about how you first reached and later returned to the site, including landing pages, referrers, UTM campaign parameters, and advertising click IDs.

We do not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, reusable card credentials, or permission to keep a card on file. Card details are entered on Square-hosted infrastructure.

3. How we use information

We use this information to process and reconcile purchases and refunds; create, display, protect, and revoke entitlements; send purchase messages and sign-in links; enforce U.S.-only eligibility; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain accounting and legal records; understand interest in Yearwright and how people find it; and send optional development emails only with your separate consent.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use—or may use as features become available—Cloudflare for hosting, security, access control, and data services; Square for hosted checkout and payment processing; and Resend or another email provider approved by Electron Solutions LLC for message delivery. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect security, handle claims, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Analytics, referrals, and cookies

The site is designed to work without optional advertising cookies. It may keep referral and click identifiers together with your consent choice. If optional analytics are introduced, they will not control purchasing or account access and will not load before consent where prior consent is legally required. Declining them will not block either feature. We treat Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal where legally applicable.

6. Your email choices

Development and marketing emails are optional, separate from a purchase, and unchecked by default. We record the consent wording and time, and you may withdraw consent through an unsubscribe link or by contacting support. Essential purchase, refund, security, and account messages do not require marketing consent.

7. How long we keep information

We keep security and unused sign-in-link records only as long as reasonably needed for expiration, abuse prevention, and audits. We retain active account and entitlement records while the relationship continues. Transaction, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, consent, and legal records may be kept for the periods required by law and legitimate business needs. After you opt out of marketing, we keep only the limited record needed to honor that choice.

8. Your choices and rights

Your rights depend on where you live. You may be able to request access to your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain uses. We may verify your request and limit or deny it where law allows. We may retain records needed for transactions, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, and honoring opt-outs. 9. Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, secure cookies, sign-in tokens stored in hashed form, limits on repeated requests, and payment-event logs. No system is completely secure. Founder purchases are limited to adults 18 or older, and the site is not directed to children under 13.

10. International visitors and updates to this notice

Anyone may read the public site. Founder purchases are limited to eligible adults in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, while email-list sign-up is currently limited to people in the United States. We may update this notice as the implementation changes. Updates apply going forward, while the policy version accepted with each purchase remains recorded.
